PS 18 Debate Team

Debate Team

At PS 18, our Debate Team gives students a chance to use their voices and think on their feet. As part of the District 14 Debate Competition, students learn how to build strong arguments, listen to different perspectives, and speak with confidence. Debate helps our students grow as thinkers and communicators while strengthening skills like teamwork, organization, and public speaking. Most of all, it’s a fun and supportive space where students learn that great leaders listen, think critically, and use their voices to make a difference.
